Internet browsers store and save information (images, data, etc.) about the websites you visit; this is so they do not have to download it again in the future and the loading is faster. In some cases, however, downloaded files obstruct updates from appearing on the site; which can cause elements on the site to be non-functional. In this case, the browser's cache and related cookies must be cleared. In this article, you will find information on how to do this in some popular browsers.
These articles are for the latest versions of browsers. In older versions, the interface should be similar, but in general, we recommend updating browsers regularly.
TIP: After clearing the browser cache, you will be logged out on most pages, but you just need to log in again.
Google Chrome
1. In the upper right corner, click the three vertical dots, and then select Settings.
2. In Settings, scroll down to the Privacy and Security sectionand click Clear Browsing Data.
3. Check Cookies and other site data here, select Time range (we recommend All time option) and confirm with the Clear data button.
Mozilla Firefox
1. In the upper right corner, click the three horizontal bars, and then select Options.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Privacy & Security, move the mouse down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click on Clear Data…
3. Check both options here, Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, and then click Clear.
4. Confirm the deletion of cookies and site data.
Microsoft Edge
1. In the upper right corner, click the three horizontal dots, and then select Settings.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Privacy, search, and services, scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and click Choose what to clear.
3. Check Cookies and other site data here, select Time range (we recommend the All time option) and confirm with the Clear now button.
Opera
1. In the panel on the left, click on the three dots, then the gear icon (Settings).
2. Scroll down to the Privacy and Security section and click Clear browsing data.
3. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, select Time range (we recommend the All time option) and confirm with the Clear data button.
