How to add a search field

In this guide, you will learn how to add a search field for your website. This is a Premium feature, not available for all packages. If you cannot use it but wish to do so, upgrade your website through your account. The feature is used to search for site content, blog articles and products.

1. Click on the gear in the header and select Advanced settings.

2. Select Navline settings and then Site search.

3. Select the preferred type.

• Search icon is selectable, i.e., after clicking it, a search filed will appear.

• Search bar is possible to enter the search terms into right away.

4. The change must be published in order to be displayed publicly. 

The Search field also has a whisperer, and the visitor can select the Show all results option.

All results are displayed on a separate page.
