This article describes how to use Google Search Console with your website. To connect the website to Google Search Console, you need to add HTML code to the page header. The ability to do so is a Premium feature, not available for all packages. If you cannot use it but wish to do so, upgrade your website through your account.

1. Sign in to your Google Search Console account.

2. Select the URL Prefix option on the home page. Enter the address of your website as it appears on your browser's address bar. For more information, see Google Search Console Help.

3. Then, choose Other verification methods - HTML tag and copy the tracking code.

4. From the website editor, click on Pages.

5. Click on SEO page settings.

6. Add the Google Search Console tracking code in the Custom HTML header code on the homepage.

7. Publish the changes.

8. Go back into Google Search Console and click Verify. Your Google Search Console account is now connected.
